This is not a fancy hotel. It’s also in a rural town. My expectations were not high. All the same, the hotel exceeded those expectations. The room and the entire hotel were very neat and clean. The water pressure and heat were both solid in the shower. The linens and towels were plush. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient.

The staff is very excellent and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome, best biscuits and gravy, thanks to our favorite staff member Barbara! We stay there several times a year

Best budget hotel in Sandpoint. Their customer service was above and beyond when I left items in the room and they offered to mail it to my new location. Excellent breakfast as well!

I've been staying at this hotel for years and have never been disappointed. Clean, well made rooms, And I mean really clean. I've never found anything to complain about. And I'm kind of picky. The staff in all areas is amazing but one in particular, Shannon is a real rockstar. A number of years ago while she was flipping the room, I met her and somehow in the conversation I told her I get cold at night. The next time we visited she had an extra quilt. Ever since then when she knows we are coming up she puts that quilt in the room and I'm so appreciative. That was awesome. Just this week I felt like a dope for having to call the hotel and tell them I forgot something.. A silly item that was probably buried in the bed. Shannon found it, retrieved it, and Joyce the manager let me know it was safe and sound until my next visit. I love this place and I love the people. I really have no desire to seek some other place out. Thanks y'all!

On a recent trip, I was too tired to make it to my final destination and needed a place to stay. I was a walk-in booking in the wee hours of the morning. The front desk attendant was very gracious and helpful for this tired traveller. She helped me find a room at a extremely reasonable price very quickly. She informed me about the free breakfast as well, but I was leaving before it would be ready. The room was all I could have asked for: clean and quiet. If I ever need a room in the Sandpoint area again, this inn will be my first choice.

This was my second time staying here, and once again I was very impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly and make the experience feel personal and welcoming. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — even the way the towels and washcloths were folded felt above and beyond, honestly better than my recent stay at SpringHill Suites. The 24-hour hot tub access was a huge bonus (especially at 1am), and breakfast was thoughtfully put together with plenty of options — multiple syrups, whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, plus biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs and more. Everything, including the AC/heater, worked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Amazing wood furniture like grandpa used to make. Clean rooms and biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The hot tub is accessible after talking to front desk for the key. There is a washing machine 2 bucks and dryer 1.75 that work good. 2 soda machines upstairs and a snack machine in lobby. Good coffee in the morning and decent shower. Very nice folks all around.

We had a great stay at FairBridge Inn & Suites in Sandpoint and for the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it! The place has a wonderful rustic charm with beautiful hardwood furniture that makes you feel like you’re in a cozy log cabin. Everything was clean — fresh carpets with no musty smells at all. Our room was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and TV (something we’ve really appreciated after staying at a few places on this road trip that were missing one or more of those!). The bed was a bit softer than we prefer, but that’s just personal taste — still very comfortable for a solid night’s sleep. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and more than enough to get you going in the morning: cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and plenty of coffee and juices to choose from. Friendly staff and a convenient location made it a solid choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

The 2-Queen room felt a little crammed but we were only there to sleep / relax at the end of our day. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was awesome (except for the family that let their older children come and make their own breakfast plates and left everything a mess for others to clean up!) there was - pancake waffles, cereal, biscuits and sausage gravy (my husband drooled over this!), yogurt, packaged oatmeal, juices. It was great! Between our stay here and 2 other places, this one came out on top just for the staff and the breakfast!

Refurbished Super 8. Great service, very accommodating staff. Lovely older lady at the front desk is awesome! Very nice complimentary breakfast starts at 6 a.m. Waffles, cold cereal, delicious biscuits & gravy, hard boiled farm eggs! 🐕 dogs welcome! Has an indoor hot tub. Microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, Bible and blow dryer in room. No elevator or wheelchair ramp for handicap access.
